Come visit Four Mile Old West Town and experience this wonderful slice of history.
Four Mile is situated in the heart of the Black Hills and was named Four Mile by the Earliest stagecoach line that came through this area. As you tour the site you can walk on Boardwalks, stone walkways, grass paths and even walk next to original wagon ruts.
You can visit the Town Hall, Saloon, General Store, Church, Bank, a Talking Outhouse, The Sheriff's Office, Dakota Territory Jails complete with furnishings donated by the City of Ward, SD. and a Slat Iron jail cell donated by the city of Trent, SD. and many other historical structures.
You can visit the Gift Shop, have a meal or an ice cream at the chuck wagon, watch living history demonstrations, skits and interact with the local town folk.
